Ages: 14 years +

Details: These MMA classes are open to complete beginners up to expert fighters. They are hosted by

Steven Webster who is an expert in striking techniques and Dominic King who is an expert

in take-down and grappling techniques. Together, they have all the pieces of the jigsaw that

you need to become an expert MMA fighter and potentially a future champion!
