Dominic has been involved with the sport of Judo for nearly 30 years and he has trained and competed in many countries throughout the world and he is an expert coach at this Olympic sport but as a qualified Personal Safety Advisor, Dominic can also set up courses for companies and groups tailor made to their particular needs. Other possibilities include courses for teachers and various types of councillors considering some of the type of people they may have to have close contact with. Dominic will also deliver coaching on a one-to-one basis which is obviously the best way to see amazing results in a very short time. He can also coach take-down techniques in various other sports and is currently co-hosting MMA classes.
